Training
The National Center for Metapsychology, Inc. is the organization that is responsible for the training and certification of Metapsychology Facilitators. (At present time the web site is being redone to reflect current changes and will be available soon—until then, the information you may need is on the IAM process web site.)
Qualifications to attend:
Successful completion of the foundational four levels of the IAM process.
Ability to facilitate one’s own inner process with accuracy.
Licensure in the medical or mental health field.
Interviewto determine if this program is right for you.
The facilitator training program consists of
Five workshops
Observation Practicum
Practice Facilitation with three persons for four sessions each under supervision
Demonstration Practicum
Two page paper on one aspect of the IAM process
Written final exam
The program is rigorous and demanding as it requires the Practice Facilitator to meet certain standards for energetic integrity in order to be an instrument for the energetic testing and the facilitation of transformation for others.
Initially, a group of laypersons as well as professionals were in the Facilitator training. Only one third of each class made it through the training. Due to the extra time and the entire equation of training a lay person to facilitate, only licensed professionals will be admitted in the future.
About the National Center for Metapsychology, Inc:
The Center was founded in 2003 and incorporated in 2005 by Mary Ann Morningstar and a group of dedicated individuals who desire to bring the benefits of this new age model of inner healing to the world.
The Center has a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board of Professionals from Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Chiropractic and Acupuncture who oversee the educational work and publishing of the IAM process. The Board of Directors is now accepting research proposals on aspects of the IAM process.
